This is a free visit to your facility where an experienced network consultant (not a salesman!) will set up an appointment at your convenience, discuss your needs, review your technology-related business plans, examine your network and offer an evaluation report that will enable you to move forward with confidence.

Items generally included in report:

• Review of discussion with you regarding currrent needs and future plans
• Basic hardware inventory - number and types of file servers, workstations, and other devices
• Summary review of network infrastructure - wiring, switches, routers, etc.
• General observations regarding network setup, daily operations, security, etc.
• Overview of power protection measures, data security, anti-virus defenses

Items NOT included in report:

• Detailed inventory - hardware / software
• Network infrastructure testing - diagrams, configuration details and line tracing
• Actual diagnostics on hardware/software or scans for virus/spyware infections
• Cost estimates and/or detailed recommendations for network updates
